I have to write about what was happening in November last year. I am so excited about ChatGPT from OpenAI.

It is growing so fast! So many people are using it already, maybe dozens of millions of people this month. I think it is the fastest-growing app ever. Everyone is talking about it. Some people are excited, and some are worried about jobs and schools. But one thing is sure: it is a big, big deal for technology.

How ChatGPT Helps Other Tech Grow Faster

I feel that because of ChatGPT, all technology will now move faster.

When other big companies see ChatGPT, they will want to make their own AI. It is like a race now. Everyone wants to build the best one. So, one company makes something good, and then another company tries to make something even better.

This competition will make AI technology improve very, very quickly. It is pushing everything forward. We will see so many new things in the next years because of this moment.

How ChatGPT Can Help in Construction and Engineering

I was also thinking, how can this help my interests? How can this help industries like construction and engineering? I think there are many ways.

For example:

• For Project Managers: It can help them make schedules very easy. It can write safety rules or daily reports for them. This gives managers more time to be on the site and check the real work.

• For Design and Planning: Engineers can ask ChatGPT for ideas for new designs. Or they can ask it to check if a building material is good to use. It can help them understand the difficult building rules.

• For Talking with Clients: Architects can use it to explain their project ideas. The AI can make the explanation simple and clear for clients to understand. This is very good for communication.

• For Safety: Maybe the AI can read all the safety reports and find possible dangers before an accident happens. This can make the job site much safer for workers.

This is not a dream for the future. I think this can start happening soon.

ChatGPT is not just a new tool. It is a big change for all of us. I feel we are at the start of something new and amazing. A time when people and smart AI can work together.
