About Me

Engineering Background & Passion

I earned my engineering degree from Central Mindanao University, recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as one of the Philippines' Top 10 Universities in 2014

Growing up in an archipelago of over 7,000 islands—situated in the disaster-prone Pacific Ring of Fire—I learned early on that our environment demands resilient and innovative engineering solutions. The constant challenges of typhoons and earthquakes have driven my passion for structural engineering, where designing for lateral loads is not merely academic but a matter of life and safety.

Practical Experience & Global Perspective

In a country rich in natural resources yet limited by financial constraints, I've learned to design structures that prioritize both safety and cost-efficiency. This has led me to adapt American engineering standards—which emphasize optimized, economical design—while also appreciating the more conservative British approach to structural safety. These experiences have shaped my practical, research-driven mindset and continue to influence my work.

A Dual Focus: Engineering and Biblical Cosmology

Beyond my engineering career, I am deeply engaged in exploring Biblical Cosmology. I’m fascinated by how ancient histories and texts can illuminate our understanding of modern science. This dual passion fuels my ongoing research into the intersections of lost histories and contemporary engineering, as I seek to bridge the wisdom of the past with the innovations of today.

Personal Perspective & Future Vision

I tend to be more reflective and analytical—a necessary trait among engineers and researchers. My focus on critical thinking and strategic planning has not only shaped my career but also my approach to understanding the world.

Looking forward, I aspire to integrate my technical expertise with my passion for historical inquiry, forging new pathways where modern science meets ancient insights.

Beyond Work

When I'm not immersed in engineering or research, I enjoy exploring historical texts, discovering new technologies, and hiking through the diverse landscapes of the Philippines. These experiences not only enrich my professional life but also nurture my curiosity and drive for lifelong learning.

Let's Connect

I'm always open to discussions about engineering innovations, structural safety, or the intriguing crossroads of ancient knowledge and modern science. Feel free to reach out if you share these interests or if you'd like to collaborate on a project that pushes the boundaries of our understanding.
